The basic element is the two-part Time Scheduling System pocket. The complete documentation connected with a transaction is kept at hand in the pocket. The transparent head pocket is used for storing all constant and variable data of the transaction. Lettering cards for designations; scale strips, which show timings, quantities or values; coloured deadline signals, which clearly show what must happen when; progress slides, whose right-hand edges mark day-to-day progress. The date marker runs at right angles to and over the head pockets in the table or trough model, and is set to "today". The combination of date marker and the informations in the head pocket produces a graphic and precise comparison of the nominal and actual status at all times. This time scheduling chart gives clear and unambiguous information on WHERE, WHEN, WHY and WHAT BACKLOGS exist. Which deadlines are important today, and WHAT is to be done in the near future. In particular, this is due to the new, unique design of the head pockets: their top edges are closed. All informational elements move within the transparent top pocket. It is absolutely impossible to accidentially move signals or progress slides. Once set, a marker stays in place, even when work becomes hectic. The signals and slides are inserted into separate runners from below, at any required position. They can then be easily moved over the entire width of the head pocket, without mutual hindrances. The lettering cards and scale strips are under film, also in separate pockets. It is this unique arrangement which makes the Time Scheduling System so reliable.
