The pocket

Maximum of information Maximum of reliability
The basic element is the two-part Time Scheduling System pocket. The complete documentation connected with a transaction is kept at hand in the pocket. The transparent head pocket is used for storing all constant and variable data of the transaction. Lettering cards for designations; scale strips, which show timings, quantities or values; coloured deadline signals, which clearly show what must happen when; progress slides, whose right-hand edges mark day-to-day progress. The date marker runs at right angles to and over the head pockets in the table or trough model, and is set to "today". The combination of date marker and the informations in the head pocket produces a graphic and precise comparison of the nominal and actual status at all times. This time scheduling chart gives clear and unambiguous information on WHERE, WHEN, WHY and WHAT BACKLOGS exist. Which deadlines are important today, and WHAT is to be done in the near future. As a result, one can work continuously, follow-up in due time, act when necessary, quickly re-arrange work. Old backlogs can be quickly eliminated, and new ones immediately recognised and brought under control. In particular, this is due to the new, unique design of the head pockets: their top edges are closed. All informational elements move within the transparent top pocket. It is absolutely impossible to accidentially move signals or progress slides. Once set, a marker stays in place, even when work becomes hectic. The signals and slides are inserted into separate runners from below, at any required position. They can then be easily moved over the entire width of the head pocket, without mutual hindrances. The lettering cards and scale strips are under film, also in separate pockets. It is this unique arrangement which makes the Time Scheduling System so reliable.

Maximum comprehensibility Maximum versatility
The optical presentation of the overall time scheduling situation at all times is a further advantage of the Time Scheduling System. The comparison of nominal and actual status facilitated by the date marker makes backlogs immediately apparent. Weak points can be recognised and eliminated; time scheduling work becomes more intensive, and considerably more effective. This is the only way of ensuring efficient planning and control of deadlines.

The Time Scheduling System functions efficiently in practice because it was developed under practical conditions. Industry and commerce, service enterprises, hospitals and doctors, lawyers, banks, insurance companies, administrative and security organisations- all utilise advantages of the Time Scheduling System. Whether the problem is following-up orders and delivery dates in the buying department, effectively checking processing of orders and sales promotion work in the sales department, optimally coordinanting work planning- whatever the problem, the Time Scheduling System solves it simply, quickly and reliably. In every field in which deadlines play role.
